Robert was fantastic! We discussed converting my existing gas water heater to a tankless system later this year and he was able to answer all my questions and address concerns I had about placement and quality. He’s a class act.
Giovanni was great to work with. Explained everything and went over all issues with me.
Excellent work but this did not solve my septic issues. Had to call a different company to resolve it!

Customer stated they contacted mitigation due to mold in their house and found their shower drain leaking which was causing the mold growth. Found tiled in shower drain leaking into basement ceiling. The shower seemed to be installed improperly without redoing the drain when the tile was replaced causing the drain to be to low. Instead of addressing the issue they calked around the shower drain to try to make it seal. Shower drain is now leaking. Entire shower will need to be removed and have the drain and pan installed correctly No estimates could be offered to customer due to the shower needing to be ripped out. Once the shower is ripped out and they have a plan on what they are going to be putting back we can then return to build an estimate based on what they are wanting to have installed
