The homeowner wanted the gas dryer hooked up and estimate for water heater I found they are just moving in and needed the gas dryer hooked up And are wanting estimates for a new water heater I hooked up the gas dryer Tested with no issues I started the estimates for the water heater I spoke with them about 2 options A tankless or a 75 gallon I did explain that the 75 gallon may not be an option depending on availability of a 75 gallon gas Job complete

Tech notes: My Georgia Plumber went out to perform an Annual Whole Home Plumbing Inspection of tubular, check for any leaks coming from fixtures and/or tubular and make sure everything is hand tightened. Also to flush a tankless water heater. Resolution: we ran water and performed water test for leaks on fixtures and tubular. Made sure everything is hand tightened/ not leaking and working properly.
